HMB Surf Club Documents

Members of the Surf Club need to submit certain documents...

• The First of which is the Boys and Girls Membership Application form ... all Surf Club Members are required to be members of the Boys and Girls Club.

If a Surf Club Member wishes to compete in the Core Scholastic Surf League (CSSL) competitions the following forms need to be read and filled out:

 

• A contetstant Student/Surfers CSSL Team Application form, should be filled out electronically and emailed to the Head Coach of the team they will surf with.
  

• Read and understand the CSSL League & Contest Information documents which explain the contest formats and what expected of contestants.
