Check out this linked video of Mavericks from Nov 7th of 09. There was a massive cleanup set that shredded five boards, including a friend of mine's (Dave W). Note Hunter & Carson fetching broken board pieces at the very end of the video.
I've also included a shot of me that day on the green board.
